alrights..had selection today....
wonder if everyone will work extra hard now...

wanted to run but stupid mao kun was too tired cos he tried to make sheng hong run and sorta of fail...haha
in the end only run 3 roundss........SAD haha.

anyway, fitness is really dropping. maybe its time to drop by for asjab comp training and lead them...hahas esp the physical training...wei lun arthur leck khai anyone interested? =)
hope will break the 9 minute barrier by next year..means have to improve by like what 45 seconds?! and also the 20 minute barrier which means improving by 1min+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and also standing broad jump...need to get at least a 250...SHITS. haha

oh yar...friendly with mjc tmr....darn...we have to miss macritchie again...but welll...
shall go to sch early tmr.

grace saw a rainbow while leaving and told me....well it was really beautiful...but too bad...alot ppl at the stadium there and i was gg home..cant stay and admire.
