okie..we get to be in charge of this training today....

was quite fun larr
teaching the sec1s footdrill
quite cooperative lorr
but have a bungalow size room of improvement =P
nvm, sec1s you all still can improve de cos last time we sec3s also liek thsi only most probably worst...hehe

quite fun too but tiring lor did what we asked them to do lorr...until leg cramping liao larr
jia jin's group was very loud...
sad yu zheng's group was the last group so din realli experience that station...
